Built by school psychologists, for our teams
We started SageReport because we live the problem.
Why we built this
School psychologists and related service providers enter the field to help kids. But somewhere along the way, the job became mostly paperwork.
Evaluations that should take a few hours stretch across days. Reports pile up. Waitlists grow. The students who need support the most wait the longest. And clinicians, trained to work with children and families, spend their evenings copying scores into templates.
We know because we're in it.
SageReport started with a simple question: why isn't existing technology being leveraged to better support our students?
That's what we're building: a platform that brings real relief to school teams and puts relationships back at the center of the work.
Who we are
SageReport is built by practicing school psychologists and principal software engineers. Our team combines deep experience in psychoeducational assessment with the technical expertise to build secure, reliable, enterprise-grade software. We're not a tech company that wandered into education. We're practitioners who decided to solve a problem we know firsthand.

What we believe
Human connection is the antidote to the youth mental health crisis. When school psychologists and related service providers spend less time on reports and more time with students, kids get help faster, teachers receive guidance sooner, families feel heard, and student support teams can do the work they love.
SageReport exists to make that possible.
