Questions about pricing

How does the free trial work?
You get full access to SageReport for 14 days, including 2 free evaluations. No credit card required to start. If you decide to continue, you'll enter payment details before your trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no contracts or cancellation fees. Annual plans are paid upfront and aren't refunded, but you keep access through the end of your year.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, you will not have access to your data through the application. Data is retained on our servers for a recovery window (contact support if needed), then permanently deleted.
What counts as a report?
Each psychoeducational evaluation report you generate counts as one report. Editing, exporting, or re-generating sections of the same report doesn't count again.
What if I need more reports than my plan allows?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and you get the full credits of your new plan right away.
My district wants to pay for my account. Can they?
Yes, districts can purchase individual seats or set up a full district account. Have your administrator reach out to us and we'll work it out.
