SageReport Fair Usage Policy

This policy applies to plans described as “unlimited” and is incorporated by reference into the SageReport Subscription Agreements.

“Unlimited” plans are intended for the ordinary professional use of one licensed clinician or educator preparing evaluations and reports for their own clients or students. Unlimited use does not include: (a) automated, scripted, or bulk generation of reports; (b) sharing one account among multiple people (see the Acceptable Use Policy); (c) using the Services to produce reports for resale or for individuals who are not your own clients or students; or (d) usage that materially exceeds what a single practitioner could reasonably perform in the ordinary course of practice. If your usage substantially exceeds typical patterns for your plan, we may contact you to discuss a plan that fits your needs, temporarily limit processing speed or volume, or, for continued excess use, suspend or terminate the plan in accordance with your Subscription Agreement. We evaluate usage based on account activity and volume, not on the content of your documents.
